Charleston

This is all I have done since signing off last week and heading to South Carolina. Can't seem to get motivated beyond these very quick sketches with Pitt pens. Maybe this afternoon...

But these are fabulous!!! I love seeing your very take take on travel sketching! I think you'll like your Schmincke paints---keep in mind that the travel palette is a bit misleading vis a vis their whole color range.
Looking forward to seeing your Costa Rican sketches!

They're such confident statements, though: simple but brilliantly expressive. If your art doesn't seem to want to go elsewhere for the moment, I say stick with your Pitt pens ... They're doing a great job!

This is fantastic. Possibly one of my faves of yours. The colours you chose are perfect.
