"full o' beans"

The Burnham and Morrill "B&M" Baked Bean Company sits at the mouth of the Back Cove on the highway between Portland and Falmouth and has since 1913. This is the view from the Portland Trails path along the Casco Bay past East End Beach and into the Old Port.

Nice Jennifer--I was just reading in Molly Bang's design book about movement in an image, and the smoke you drew in really does create the feel of flow.

My father LOVED these beans, and I remember how surprised I was when I saw the factory on our trip to Portland last year. Wonderful drawing. Captured very well. (Maybe they'll make a postcard for the site seers.)

another terrific post...you might need to ask them for a job drawing their ads...business would certainly pick up for them:> Great work as usual

Great job! I can almost smell the beans.

I'm sorry I don't comment as often as I look at your blog. I really enjoy it a lot.
