a walk and a challenge

Sophie and I took our morning walk to the end of the street as the sun was coming up over the cove. The sun is higher in the sky, the temperature is above freezing and the snow banks are starting to receed. I added the EDM lemon challenge to the journal page.
It is going to snow again, tomorrow...

The yellow makes this a very refreshing piece. Low 50s and rain here in the westcoast Portland.

Perfect antedote for a cold March day - I love all things lemon and this is quite an uplifting page- spring is coming I am told (here in CT it was 54 yesterday!)

Beautiful! The lemon is very cheery, and your sunlit trees make me want to take a big deep breath of cold air. :-)
It's 50-something here and rainy. I would enjoy some snow...

Great composition = and contrast between the warmth of the lemons and cool blue of the snow scene.

Limoncello...the essence of lemon; esp, if you are in Italy drinking it after a great meal-looking out over the Tyrrhenian Sea.
(Your drawing made me wax poetic like that.)
