"Snow-phie"

We awakened to 10" of light powdery snow this morning. Sophie charged out the door and realized that this was going to be a bit more difficult than usual, but that didn't stop her. She loves snow (way more than me) and bounded through the powder to find "the perfect place". Dragging me behind her, we both became coated with snow. It sticks and mats into her fur and she stops to chews it off her paws. Me, well, I'm just a big black blob of parka, fleece, and Uggs coated with the damn stuff.

I love how you were able to capture Sophie's sweet little face with just a few wiggly lines.

Sophie is seriously cute. I love the way a bit of her ear sticks out and I really loved the last post with drawings of all her chewed toys!

I love this sketch. Wish I could have it! Beautiful. How do you manage to live on two continents?
Bali? Must be wonderful. They let you bring your precious Sophie back and forth with no trouble?
She is so cute and it brought back memories of a miniature Poodle Beau-Beau.
She is just adorable. What breed is Sophie?

I'm a big dog kinda girl (my handsome German Shepherd is 95 lbs) but I've fallen in love with Sophie.

Hi Sherrie,

There is nothing easy about living on two continents except for the amazing life experiences. Right now my sketching has stopped and has been replaced with packing for our next trip. Unfortunately, Sophie, my part Bichon, part other things must stay here while I am in Bali. She stays with very good friends in the country near the beach. It's a dog's life!

Best—Jennifer
