A week in Paris

These are all such delightful sketches! Like little snapshots of a vacation. Your sketch of the two people sitting next to each other; the one on the right seems to be looking at the one on the left. Minimal lines but packed with character. Your washes, lines and everything are just wonderful. Great memories. One day I hope to make it to Paris.

Absolutely delicious. I feel as if I'd been there, with a delightful artist friend, looking over your shoulder and saying "WOW."

Wow!!! Stunning! Tell me please what you are using to achieve those lovely lyrical pen lines - both thick and thin...it is just beautiful!

What wonderful sketches! I especially like Les Invalides and the lady on the red seat - the colours are beautiful. What a treasure this collection will be as a reminder of that week in paris.

Those are wonderful sketches. I'm French but living in Canada, and i felt right at home. I love how you captured the people in the cafe. The guy with the diamond sweater would have to be my uncle, or cousin, or... so French. Well done.

Great accomplishment! I think these have more feeling than a compilation of photographs of the same images.
