Winter in Paris

I'm off to Paris for a week, so I will be sketching around the city while Jerry attends a World Seafood Summit. Being January, the weather looks to be not unlike Maine—cold, rainy and even a bit of snow. There may be a lot of cafe sketching, but it's Paris!

The above sketch was done late last night from a photo I found on the internet before I packed my paints and sketchbooks.

Remember us while you are in Paris. If not, at least have fun, take lots of pictures, sketch, paint. Then, remember us when you get home and share all this with us. Have a wonderful trip.

Wow, stunning. Have a wonderful trip. You should take a trip to Le Select cafe - maybe you'll see the great Rick Tulka sketching. Now that would be top of my list of things to do whilst in Paris.
