New Orleans holiday

I had never been to New Orleans and was lucky enough to recently spend four wonderful days sketching in the French Quarter. Such amazingly colorful people, musicians everywhere, interesting architecture and delicious food. I enjoyed filling my folding sketchbook with all that I saw and experienced.

Oh Jennifer I love the layout of the pages, thats amazing. There is so much to see and it all has a such a lovely and fun flow to it, just a like a great parade. Looks like a fantastic place for an artist to visit.

Beautiful work!!!

Jennifer, you're such an inspiration. I've become more brave to try to paint with watercolor. You have such a way with the paints!

What pen do you use?

Also, thank you a million again on the paintings you did for me an my boyfriend a while back. (:

Jennifer, this is gorgeous! Did you use a folding Moleskine book or did you make it yourself?

Hi Ethna—I used a folding Maruman sketchbook with a Lamy Joy Fountain Pen and a Pentel Pocket Brush Pen
